The green boxes indicate “approved” while the red indicate “not approved.” Keep in mind that the headers Manic, Mixed, and Depression refer to acute episodes of bipolar disorder; “depression” here does not refer to major depressive disorder. I will do my best to keep this list updated, but if you notice changes please add them to the comments.
